To keep KaraCara Clinic’s services affordable and available to everyone (as we believe everyone should have access to feeling beautiful and confident effortlessly), we are introducing Afterpay. No credit check or approval required. Just select Afterpay when checking out.

Afterpay is available for Brow Services only (Powder Brows, Microblading, Glamour Brows, Nano Brows).

If paid in advance, the touchup appointment is included and we offer a $30 discount.

Touchup appointment by itself is not available for the Afterpay payment option.

Afterpay excludes any ongoing promotion; except for the $30 discount when paying your first appointment and touchup appointment in advance.

What is Afterpay?

Afterpay is a service that allows us to offer our customers the ability to get their beauty procedures now and pay for them in four equal installments, made every 2 weeks, without any interest.

How do I use Afterpay?

If you want to pay your procedure with Afterpay there will be two different links you will need to visit:

Prices and rates will be discussed below.

When you choose Afterpay as your payment method, you will be directed to the Afterpay website to register and provide payment details (Visa or Mastercard). If you’ve used Afterpay before, just log into your Afterpay account. Then complete your purchase – it’s that easy!

After you complete your payment you will be directed to my scheduling page where you will be able to select your appointment date and time. In case you want to start your Afterpay application in the salon, there is no need to do another schedule on KaraCara Clinic’s scheduling page.

Please note, Afterpay is only available on procedures worth $350 or more.

Are there extra fees when I use Afterpay?

Afterpay is always zero interest. You pay nothing extra when you pay on time, according to your payment schedules. The only fees are late fees for missed payments. Afterpay charges an $8 late fee, plus up to 25% of the order value. If your account remains in arrears or is frequently overdue, you may not be able to use Afterpay again in the future.

Is there a minimum that I must spend in order to use Afterpay?

In KaraCara Clinic, LLC, your procedure must exceed $350 in order to use Afterpay.

Is there a limit to how much I can spend on a single transaction using Afterpay?

Yes, your checkout value must not exceed $1,000 to use Afterpay.

Can I use Afterpay if I’m an international customer?

Afterpay is only offered to our customers who have a US billing address, a US Visa or Mastercard (credit or debit card), and a US mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses and/or phone numbers will not be able to set up an account with Afterpay.

Is there a minimum age requirement for using Afterpay?

Afterpay is only offered to customers over the age of 18.

What services are not eligible for purchase using Afterpay?

Afterpay is not available to any services who are less than $349. That said, if you decide to pay for just your first appointment (and not the touchup), the touchup appointment cannot be paid using Afterpay and must be paid in full the day of the procedure. Below you can see different payment options if you like to include your touchup in the Afterpay installments, plus you will receive a $30 discount for payment for both appointments in full.

Touchups appointments regular price is $150. Discounted price is $120.

How does the payment schedule work?

Customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments are due every 2 weeks in equal installments and will be drawn from your selected payment method. If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you may log in to Afterpay to make your payments early.

You can log in to your Payment account anytime to view your payment schedule or make payment before the next due date.

Will I be notified when a payment is due?

Afterpay sends payment reminders via SMS and email prior to payments becoming due. It is also easy to view your orders and payment schedules on Afterpay.com or in the Afterpay App.

Can I pay early?

You can make payments anytime before your due date. If you’d like to make payments before your scheduled pay dates, you can do so through your Afterpay account. Just select the installment you’d like to pay early and hit “Pay Now”.

What if I can’t pay an Afterpay installment?

If you do not make a payment when due or funds are unavailable, you will be charged a $8 late payment fee. An additional $8 fee will be charged if the missed payment is not made within 7 days. Can I move or change payment due dates for an order?

To request an adjusted payment schedule, contact Afterpay’s Customer Service team and the team will review your account to determine eligibility. Not all requests can be accommodated.

Can I edit or modify my purchase after placing it?

Once Afterpay has approved an order you cannot edit or modify your purchase.

Are any ongoing KaraCara Clinic promotions applicable to my Afterpay installment plan?

Unfortunately, no discounts are offered when choosing Afterpay as payment method. The only discount we offer is a $30 off when paying both appointments in full when choosing Afterpay as payment method.

Please note that the touchup is not included in this price and is not available for Afterpay. If you would like to get a discount and include your touchup on Afterpay installments please select another option on this list.
