KaraCara Clinic Policies

Thank you for your interest in our services. Andrea is the owner and founder of KaraCara Clinic, LLC. Andrea has been in the permanent makeup industry since 2019 & is 15x certified in different areas to provide the best work just for you. KaraCara Clinic is fully insured & permitted to work in the body art in Las Vegas, Nevada. Everything you need to know about our services can be found below. IMPORTANT

BEFORE BOOKING: PERMANENT MAKEUP

You are NOT a good candidate and you CANNOT book an appointment if:

  • You are under 18 years of age

  • You are pregnant or lactating

  • You are prone to keloid scarring

  • You have any transmissible disease (HIV, hepatitis, etc)

  • You have cancer or are receiving chemotherapy or radiotherapy

  • You have received Botox (or any of its derivatives) 4 weeks ago or less

  • You have eczema, psoriasis, rash or burns in the area of the procedure

  • You are allergic to lidocaine anesthesia (another option would be not to use anesthesia)

  • You are on Acutane treatment

  • You have a viral disease (wait to get better)

BEFORE BOOKING: OTHER SERVICES

If you are using any retinols or acne treatments please STOP using them 7-10 days before your brow lamination or wax appointment. Your skin will be too sensitive to perform any of these treatments.

 

Brow lamination and henna brows are NOT recommended if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, having eczema, rosacea, or psoriasis.

Do not book just because your previous artist did services to you. One of my values is health comes first, and would love to evaluate you before booking.

POLICIES

DEPOSIT/BOOKING FEE

To schedule an appointment a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required for each service:

  • Permanent Makeup - $50

  • Brow Styling - $20

  • Waxing -$10

  • Facials - $10

 

This deposit must be sent via Zelle, Venmo or Paypal. The remaining amount is due on the day of the appointment via Zelle, Venmo, Paypal or Cash ONLY. If paying with a debit/credit card, a 2.9% fee will be added.

 

No deposit = No appointment = No ongoing promotion/offer/discounts

This reservation fee is transferable in case you change your appointment (subject to availability) and is credited to the total cost of the procedure.

 

After making your appointment, you will have 48 hours to send the deposit, otherwise it will be canceled automatically. My time and your time are valuable so it is understood that there must be some way to secure your space and my work.

CHANGE OR CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT

You are required to notify the change or cancellation of your appointment 48 hours in advance, otherwise you will lose your deposit. If you do not show to your appointment, you will lose your deposit. Communication is key! If you lost your deposit and want to schedule another appointment, we will require another deposit to book your appointment. This deposit will not go to the total cost of your service.

 

Deposit can be transferable 1 TIME ONLY. After a 2nd rescheduled appointment, we will require another deposit that WILL NOT go towards your service.

LATE-APPOINTMENT

You will have a maximum of 15 minutes to arrive at your appointment after the scheduled time. Please notify that you will be running late in order to accommodate your appointment efficiently. KaraCara Clinic reserves the right to cancel and re-schedule your appointment in case of delay. Failure to notify and exceed the grace minutes would be considered a cancellation and the deposit would be lost. Communication is key!

IMPORTANT

If you have previous work, please send me a clear photo (BEFORE BOOKING) of your bare brows to determine if you qualify for cover-up/correction/touchup. If you do not have any previous work, feel free to book your appointment below.

A short consultation is performed prior to the actual service. Once desired shape/color are approved & agreed upon by client & artist the service will begin. If shape/color cannot be agreed between both parties you will be asked to go home & your deposit will be taken for the consultation.

NO REFUNDS on any service that is already rendered.

Due to insurance policies we cannot accept kids, additional guests, nor animals (unless it is a service animal).
